The Assignment Tool uploads a .csv file and creates a new Assignment Schedule page also creates anew 'Assignment Page' and an associated 'Scores' page and 'GradeBook' page. After an assignment is created, subsequent running of this tool will UPDATE some of the info in the class Assignment Schedule.
