1. Record Spoken Word of anyone about anything
2. This could be:
   1. You, a family member or friend
   2. Questions and Answers
   3. Solo monologue
   4. ANYTHING!
3. Edit into a Podcast format
   1. Any length is fine
   2. Any format is fine (with music or no music etc.)
4. Create audio file mix

To Deliver

1. Audio File
   • Upload to DropBox
2. Show Notes
   • Explain what is on the final mix
   • Include TimeCode locations for key sections
   • Include website URLs or any other reference material discussed
